The minimum purchase is Two thousand Naira only and there is no maximum

How do I make payment?
We accept debit cards billed in Nigerian Naira. With your bank issued ATM
cards {Interswitch} you can easily shop online on our website which connects you
to many of your preferred shopping stores.

How do I know that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order
registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you need any correction, you
can email us before the items are shipped.

How are the items delivered?
All the items will be hand delivered to the specified recipient's doorstep.

How long does it take for the products to be delivered within Nigeria ?
We usually need 1 to 2 business days for delivery depending on the product
and delivery address. But in special cases we do our best to speed up delivery
as quickly as possible.

Is delivery possible on Holidays and Sundays?
Delivery is carried out on Sundays and Public Holidays, but it attracts
additional fees for those deliveries meant for Public Holidays. Efforts are made
to deliver perishable items like flowers/cakes/chocolates and a few select
items, even on Sundays / Holidays. But as a policy, we do not commit or make
assurances to delivery on these days.

Can you guarantee the date of delivery?
We make all efforts to deliver the items on time except in unavoidable
circumstances in which goods ordered may have run out of stock. In such cases, delivery might be
delayed. Please be assured that such conditions occur rarely. For guaranteed
delivery on a specific date, order must be made at least one (1) week in
advance.

How do I know that the item has been delivered?
After the delivery we will send you a confirmation of delivery by e-mail.

Are there any additional delivery charge(s)?
Our charges are all inclusive! Extra charges for urgent delivery, delivery
on Sunday's or holidays would be minimal to what has been ordered.

Can I send a message along with the gift?
Yes, messages can be sent along with your gifts. Just type in your message
in the "message" field while placing the order and a personalised card will
accompany your gift.

Can the recipient send me a return message?
Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We'll request all
recipients to fill out the return message for you in the delivery confirmation
memo and we shall e-mail it to you.

Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel an item before it enters the shipment process. Usually if you
email us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will be able to cancel your
item(s) and refund your card account.
